A brand partnership is a monthly plan where Readylight Media becomes your in-house media team. Instead of one shoot and hoping a single video carries your marketing all year, you get a steady flow of new, professional content every month.
Each month starts with a quick planning call about your goals and what’s coming up in your business. Then we come to you for one focused shoot and capture everything at once: testimonials, service explainers, team introductions, behind-the-scenes moments, and short clips for social media. Our editors handle the rest, so you never open editing software or wonder what to do with raw footage.
It’s built for medical and wellness practices, home and local service companies, growing brands, business podcasts, and anyone who knows they should be posting video but doesn’t have the time or team to do it.

What is a monthly brand partnership?
It’s an ongoing monthly plan where Readylight Media acts as your in-house video team. Each month starts with a quick planning call, then one focused shoot day, and our editors turn the footage into finished, ready-to-post videos for social media, your website, and ads.
How much does a brand partnership cost?
The Social Partnership is $995 a month. Podcasts are $895 a month for one episode or $1,950 for four episodes. The Signature Partnership is $2,950 (our most popular), and the Premier Partnership $4,950. Each one includes a monthly shoot, editing, captions, and licensed music.
Is there a minimum commitment?
Yes, three months. Six-month commitments save 5% and twelve-month commitments save 10%. You’re billed monthly, at the start of each month.
Can I switch plans?
Yes. Every partnership starts with a 3-month commitment. You can upgrade anytime, and after your first 3 months you can switch plans or cancel with notice before your next billing date.
How fast do we get our videos?
Short-form videos are delivered within 5 business days of the shoot, and long-form videos within 10. Every video includes two rounds of revisions.
Can we use the videos in ads?
Yes. Every video comes with a lifetime commercial license for your website, social media, email, YouTube, presentations, and paid social ads. Broadcast TV or streaming ad placements are quoted separately.
Where do the shoots happen?
At your business, anywhere in Nashville, Franklin, and Middle Tennessee, or at our studio in Franklin, Tennessee for podcasts. Travel within 25 miles of the studio is included.
What’s the difference between the 1-episode and 4-episode podcast plans?
The 1-Episode Podcast ($895 a month) is one 1-hour recording session and one finished episode a month, plus audio files for Spotify and Apple Podcasts and two short clips. The 4-Episode Podcast ($1,950 a month) is a 4-hour session that records four episodes, one for every week, with eight short clips. The 4-episode plan costs less per episode.
Can more than 2 people be on the podcast?
Yes. Both podcast plans include microphones for up to 2 people. Extra guests are $99 per guest, per episode, up to 4 people in total.
Can you record our podcast at our location?
Yes. The 1-Episode Podcast records in our Franklin studio, and on location is $250 more. The 4-Episode Podcast includes recording at your location within 25 miles of the studio.
