How much does event photography cost?
Event photography starts at $700 for up to 2 hours, $1,300 for a half day (up to 4 hours), and $2,400 for a full day (up to 8 hours). Book photo and video together and you save 10% on both.
How fast do we get our event photos?
Same-day proofs for social media, edited highlights within 48 hours, and the full edited gallery within 5 business days.
Do you offer a headshot booth at events?
Yes. We set up a full headshot studio at your conference or event, and every attendee gets their own private gallery delivered instantly, with images ready to use before they leave the booth. Many organizers have a sponsor cover the cost.
Can you film our event too?
Yes. Event video starts at $1,350 for up to 2 hours of filming, with a 60–90 second highlight video plus a 30-second social cut, delivered within 7 business days or sooner. We also record keynotes and general sessions with multiple cameras and can live stream them.
Do you travel for events?
We’re based in Franklin, Tennessee, and cover events across Nashville and Middle Tennessee; travel within 25 miles of our studio is included. We’ll travel anywhere in the country for your event, with travel and lodging fees.
